Multi-scene Application Filtration Drainage Nonwoven Geotextile For Gardening
Application:
Production process of geotextile: the geotextile is made of short fiber polypropylene and polyester as raw materials. After being added into the unpacking machine, it is combed into a thin net through unpacking, loosening, material storage and cotton feeding carding machine, then paved with 5 layers of net through the mesh laying machine, and then stretched and cut into coils through pre pricking, barbed, main pricking and other needling processes through a high-speed needling machine.
Laying method
Sewing of Geotextile
All stitches must be performed continuously (for example, point
stitching is not allowed). Before overlapping, the geotextile must
be overlapped by at least 150mm. The minimum distance between the
sewing needle and the selvage (the exposed edge of the material)
shall be at least 25mm.
The sewn geotextile joint most includes one line and thread lock
mouth chain joint method. The suture used for stitching shall be a
resin material with a minimum tension of more than 60N and have
chemical corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance equivalent
to or exceeding that of geotextile.
Geogrid System Characteristic

conditions.

Brief Introduction of Geocell Confinement System
Geotextile is a kind of polyester needle punched non-woven fabric, which is a permeable geotextile with three-dimensional pore structure formed by repeated needling in nonwoven process. According to different raw materials, it can be divided into staple non-woven fabric and polyester filament geotextile. The raw materials of both are polyester staple fiber or polypropylene staple fiber and polyester chip particle new material respectively. They play a great "power" in various fields such as roads, highways, railways, airport runways, embankment and slope protection.
