Control system:
The working process of air inlet valve of screw air compressor is:
start, load, unload, air conditioner and insert.
(1) Start.
The motor starts, the host machine starts to operate, the inlet
valve is closed, the small hole in the valve core enters the oil
and gas barrel after compression, the system pressure rises
gradually.
(2) Loading.
When the system pressure is lower than the lower limit pressure set
by the pressure switch, the pressure switch action makes the
loading solenoid valve power up, the three-way solenoid valve
opens, and the air supply to the inlet valve servo cylinder drives
the control cylinder to open the butterfly valve, and the inlet
valve fully opens for inhalation.
Transfer the pressure of solenoid valve while closing the relief
valve, the machine is no longer empty, the pressure in the tank
continues to rise to the outside air supply.
(3) Unloading.
When the pressure rises to the maximum differential pressure
switch, pressure differential switch sends an electrical signal to
the three-way solenoid valve, solenoid valve closed stop gas supply
to the inlet valve servo cylinder, unable to control cylinder
pressure was maintained holes inlet butterfly valve closed, at this
time the weight control check valve can promptly in tightly closed,
open the drain valve at the same time release to basic hydraulic
pressure in barrels of oil and gas.
The air compressor is in no-load operation. After loading the
solenoid valve for 20min, the system enters the state of idle
vehicle for too long.
(4) Volume tone.
Air compressor in the loading process to decrease the number of
empty heavy load for air compressor, equipped with inverse
proportion valve, when the unit pressure reaches maximum pressure
switch inverse proportion valve in advance before action, reduce
the gas to the servo cylinder, intake valve servo cylinder valve
stem thrust reduction, under the action of spring force, the valve
stem retraction, when the spring force and the gas cylinder thrust
balance, the valve stem in a state of half open, the volume to
reduce air compressor capacity adjustment.
(5) Decompression.
The stop signal comes from the empty vehicle for too long or the
system pressure is continuously at the upper pressure limit, the
motor stops, the main engine stops and no longer inhales, the
internal check valve of the intake valve closes quickly without the
phenomenon of oil exhaust, and the relief valve continuously vents
to the external atmospheric pressure.
