23522246 Replacement Air Compressor Temperature Sensor For Ingersoll Rand
Temperature Sensor:
Ingersoll Rand temperature sensor changes with temperature,
temperature sensor is mainly used for temperature measurement in
the 0-200 ℃ temperature range, good output characteristics.
The output of PTAT is transmitted to the controller signal through
data, so the output digital signal is compatible with
microprocessor MCU. The duty cycle of the output voltage square
wave signal can be calculated through the high frequency sampling
of the processor, and the temperature can be obtained.
Ingersoll Rand temperature sensor resolution is better than
0.005K.Measurement temperature range 0 to 200℃.
Sensor Static Characteristic:
The static characteristic of the sensor refers to the relationship between the output and input of the static input signal.
Because the input and output are time independent, the relationship between them, that is, the static characteristics of the sensor can be described by an algebraic equation without time variable, or a characteristic curve drawn with the input as abscissa and the corresponding output as ordinate.
The main parameters to characterize the static characteristics of the sensor are: linearity, sensitivity, hysteresis, repeatability, drift, etc.
1.Linearity: Refers to the degree to which the actual relation curve between sensor output and input deviates from the fitting line.Is defined as the ratio of the maximum deviation between the actual characteristic curve and the fitted line in the full range to the full range output value.
2.Sensitivity: Sensitivity is an important indicator of the static characteristics of the sensor. It is defined as the ratio of the increment of the output to the increment of the corresponding input causing the increment.Sensitivity is denoted by S.
3.Hysteresis: The phenomenon that the input and output characteristic curves of the sensor do not coincide during the change of the input from small to large (positive stroke) and the input from large to small (negative stroke) becomes hysteresis. For the same size of input signal, the positive and negative stroke of the sensor output signal size is not equal, this difference is called hysteresis difference.
4.Repeatability: Repeatability refers to the degree of inconsistency of the characteristic curve obtained when the input of the sensor changes continuously for many times in full range in the same direction.
5.Drift: The drift of the sensor refers to that the output of the sensor changes with time when the input is unchanged. This phenomenon is called drift. There are two reasons for drift: one is the structural parameters of the sensor itself; The second is the surrounding environment (such as temperature, humidity, etc.).Sensor dynamic characteristic.
