Combustible Gas Regulator

The baking chamber is heated by radiators (containing flue gases) both at the top and bottom of the baking deck. These can be adjusted via both zone as well as top and bottom heat.

Viewing Ports

Several reinforced viewing ports are installed throughout the entire span of the oven. These ports are constructed of insulated flaps, equipped with lighting.
