Design:

1. The standard layout dimensions: W- 2100mm H-1550, the wide of chamber is 1400mm, H-170mm. (The final dimensions will base on the tray’s dimensions and capacity request.)

2. The baking chamber is externally insulated with loose rockwool.

3. Steel net-belt suitable for any kind of product and any kind of baking method.

4. The combustion chamber has been designed for preventing cooling crack or heating extension.

5. The loading and unloading side Equipped with emergency stop for any emergency case.

6. Each section has one exhaust that working independently. (The number of exhaust base on the total length)

7. The oven infeed &discharge entrance height can be adjusted according to the height of the product.

8. The temperature of each section can be controlled independently.

The advantage of proportion of zero-pressure gas-fired tunnel oven:
1) Insulation System:
A: Using rockwool insulation hybrid cotton, take access method for modular, more full of cotton insulation insulation properties, device power consumption to a minimum.
B: The inner wall of the oven used in all high reflection efficiency 1.5mm hot rolled steel, heat resistant, anti-rust coated, ensure the furnace loss to a minimum during baking heat.

2) Drive section:
A: The transport conveyor is the chain plate form, it use Hangzhou Donghua chain belt(European technology, customized professional manufacturers),advantages of low noise, wear-resistant high temperature of 500 degrees, chain material collected 40Cr alloy materials, after tested, ultimate tensile load reaches 100KN longer life, better stability, give customers more peace of mind.
B: Chain plate with 3mm hot rolled steel assures the strength and absorbs heat to stabilize the temperature, surface appearance, high strength, flexural resistance, proper storage of heat, stable transfer amount fiery end, the furnace temperature equilibrium. Four bolt connection.
C: ABB motor has motor auto distortion correcting function which can control the baking deviation time within 1 second. SHF and SLF starting makes the baking time adjusting convenient. ABB motor has an independent radiator.
D: Conveyor using 65Mn spring tension way, the flexibility to automatically adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt, the chain operated more in line with the requirements of mechanics, running more smoothly.
