This is the 20KHz 2400W KM-JC series digital ultrasonic welding set. This ultrasonic welding product is high-performance welding equipment, which is used to weld masks, ear belts, etc. The ultrasonic generator adopts an all-digital circuit, supports the adjustment of welding parameters to improve welding quality, and the communication interaction with the automatic production line, which makes it easy for data exchange and production control. The welding triplets adopt a convertor with a high-power configuration. There are two types of converters, i.e. cover-with style and cover-without style. The cover-with style converter has a cover protection function, could prevent short circuits, dust, and high-voltage electric shock, and possesses the advantages of flexible disassembly structural design, convenient and fast installation and maintenance, and high grade of safety protection in equipment safety, personal safety, and environmental safety, etc.


The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency single-phase or three-phase alternating current to the high-frequency alternating current to provide electric energy for the convertor. The converter converts the high-frequency AC signals output by the ultrasonic generator to the same frequency mechanical vibration signal. The booster amplifies the high-frequency vibration signal output by the converter. Horn further amplifies the vibration amplitude and transfers the energy to the welding area. With the high-frequency vibration and blessing force effect, materials will be fused to achieve welding purposes.


The welding triplets contain converter, booster, and horns, which are mainly used for energy conversion and transmission. The converter is used to convert the high-frequency high-voltage electric energy to mechanical energy. The booster will increase or decrease the vibration per the drive ratio, in order to make it suitable for horn and welding material and improve the stability of the welding process as well as the welding quality. The horn strengthens and transmits the vibration (amplitude) to the weldment, making the weldment rubbing and thus completing the welding process.

Attentions are needed to be paid to the following matters in the product operation process:


1. Non-professional technicians are forbidden to disassemble any part of the ultrasonic products.

2. Empty welding is prohibited, otherwise, the horn and bottom mould will be directly in contact with welding, and the horn and bottom mould will be damaged and even scrapped when it is too serious.

3. Do not stretch the body into the space between horn and bottom mould when the welding is in progress.

4. Ensure the good grounding of the equipment during working.

5. Must cool the triplets (convertor and the connection position, horn) in continuous working. Cooling mode: air cooling or wind cooling Air cooling requirement: it is recommended to apply 2 routes of cooling air, one for the converter and the other for the connection position. In addition, each route of the cooling airflow shall be no less than 30L/min.
