Jerryborg floating pneumatic rubber fender is manufactured according to ISO17357 and designed to be abrasion resistance and puncture resistance. Floating pneumatic rubber fenders are usually used in STS and STD berthing and mooring operations. Jerryborg floating pneumatic rubber fenders are available in various sizes with diameters ranging from 500mm to 4500mm, lengths ranging from 1000mm to 12000mm.

Jerryborg floating pneumatic rubber fender is composed of natural rubber components and reinforced synthetic tire cord fabric which including three parts---outer rubber layer, inner rubber layer, and synthetic-tire-cord layer. The rubber material is strong enough to withstand the damage of twisting and puncture with high tension and elasticity. These floating pneumatic rubber fenders are also suitable for places where tides vary largely and they could adapt to the tides.

Jerryborg floating pneumatic rubber fender is a cost-effective choice cause it's easy to install with low maintenance cost. It's portable and can be delivered to places easily in vacuumed or containers in a state of folded down. Besides, the maintenance expenses mainly include the cost of checking air leakage and replacing the old chain net. And air leakage can be checked only once a year due to its' good performance of pressure-holding, the chain net has a long service life of 3-4 years depending on the environmental conditions.

Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fender Classification

1. Chain & Tyre Net (CTN Type)
Floating pneumatic rubber fenders are usually used with chain and tyre net (CTN) together, with the CTN covering the fender body, it can better protect the fender body from the damage of external force and extend its' service life.

2. Sling Type
Different from the CTN type, Sling-type floating pneumatic rubber fenders aren't equipped with outer protective sleeves and they can be installed efficiently.

3. Rib Type
As an alternative for CTN type and sling type, the rib-type floating pneumatic rubber fender is lightweight and suitable for small boat berthing operations.

4. Other Types
