XY-1 Exploration Geological Drilling Rig Characteristics
(1) It has a hydraulic automatic feeding structure to improve the
drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
(2) The ball clamp clamping mechanism is used to replace the chuck,
which can reverse the rod without stopping the machine, which is
convenient, safe and reliable.
(3) It is equipped with a hole bottom pressure gauge to indicate
the pressure, which is convenient to master the situation in the
hole.

(5) The structure is compact. The drilling rig, water pump and
diesel engine are installed on the same base, occupying a small

XY-1 Exploration Geological Drilling Rig application
(1) The rig is suitable for general survey exploration, geophysical
exploration, road and building exploration, blasting hole drilling
and other drilling projects.
(2) According to different formations, bits such as alloy,
composite and diamond can be selected for drilling.
(3) Grade 2-9 sandy clay and bedrock layer can be drilled.
(4) The rated drilling depth is 100m, and the maximum depth shall
not exceed 120m. The rated opening diameter is 110m, the allowable
maximum opening diameter is 130mm, and the final hole diameter is
75mm. The drilling depth is determined according to the formation
conditions.
