ST 300 Pneumatic Borewell Machine Features:
The correct use and maintenance of the hydraulic system is an important factor to ensure the normal operation of the system and prolong its service life.
(1) Prevent contamination of hydraulic oil. The pollution of
hydraulic oil refers to the mixing of air, water, dust from the
outside and the formation of insoluble sediment after its own
oxidation. The pollution of oil will increase the wear of relative
moving parts in hydraulic components, cause the blockage of
orifices or the seizure of slide valve pairs, and accelerate the
chemical stability of the broken oil, the generation of oxides and
the decomposition of organic impurities in the oil. According to
the statistics, More than 75% of the faults of the hydraulic system
are caused by the oil pollution, so the oil tank should be properly
sealed. It is prohibited to use oil resistant seals and rubber
hoses. Clean and replace the oil regularly to prevent oil pollution
and aging.
(2) Prevent excessive oil temperature. If the oil temperature of
the hydraulic system is too high, the viscosity of the oil will
decrease, the leakage will increase, and the volumetric efficiency
will decrease, resulting in the instability of the oil speed, the
deterioration of the oil, the aging of the motorcycle parts, etc.
In order to avoid excessive oil temperature, in addition to the
recommended hydraulic oil, attention should be paid to the correct
oil level in the oil tank to ensure that the system has sufficient
circulating cooling oil. At the same time, the water in the cooler
shall be sufficient and the pipeline shall be smooth.
