Strong Steel Crawler Track Undercarriage For Large Water Borehole
Drilling Rig Machines
Product Description
A track system is constructed for loads of 300 kg to 400,000 kg. Depending on the required load and capacities, you can choose a track system with rubber tracks, a track system with steel tracks or a track system with interchangeable tracks, so that you can switch between rubber and steel. The common features of all track systems are the low soil pressure, the 360° turning possibility and the excellent cross-country manoeuvrability.

Product Advantages
1: good stability. Thanks to the crawler structure, the crawler
chassis can have very good stability because of its large contact
area with the ground when running in application, and can ensure
that its running effect is very stable.
2: fast operation. Although compared with the chassis of other
structures, the crawler chassis is running at a lower speed, but
from its specific performance, it can still reach a faster running
speed, and can fully meet everyone's requirements in terms of
running speed.
3: lasting operation. In terms of the specific performance of the
crawler chassis in the application, it can achieve lasting
operation by virtue of its own structure and performance
advantages.
Different steel track dimensions are always possible at no extra
cost. Contact us or complete the intake form with the required
dimensions for your steel tracks. The track adjuster is used to
adjust the tightness of the track. It is composed of bracket, crank
arm, shaft sleeve, worm gear, worm, screw, friction plate and
bushing. The degree of track tension has a great impact on tank
driving and track life. The track is too tight or too loose.
Different use environments require different tightness of the
track. If driving on a hard road, the track should be tensioned;
When driving in desert areas, the track should be tensioned
loosely. In addition, as the wear of the track pin and the pin ear
hole increases, the track will also become loose. In order to
maintain the proper tension of the track, it is necessary to use
the track adjuster to adjust the tightness of the track. This is to
change the track tension by changing the distance between the
inducer and the driving wheel with the help of the track adjuster.
The track adjuster makes the inducer swing backward to a certain
position, and the inducer is away from the driving wheel, so the
track is tensioned; The track adjuster makes the inducer swing
forward to a certain position, and the track becomes loose.
Product Application
Crawler chassis assembly is mainly used for special occasions, such
as military parade, tanks, armored vehicles, etc. What are its
advantages: rubber track has the advantages of protecting the
ground, rubber track walking system, low noise, low vibration,
comfortable riding, etc. It is suitable for situations with high
speed and many transfers, and achieves the all-road performance.
Reliable electrical instruments and complete machine status
monitoring system provide reliable assurance for the driver to
operate correctly
Due to the different use methods and soil conditions, the working
life of rubber track also varies greatly. Generally speaking, its
average life is about 2000 hours. However, when working in rock or
easily worn environment, the service life will be halved; On the
contrary, the working life will be doubled in a better environment.
When the user checks the track and chassis, don't forget to drive
again to check the oil level and cleanliness. This part is easy to
be ignored, and there is usually less oil left.
The choice of working environment is as follows:
(1)The temperature of the rubber crawler is generally between -25° + 55°.
(2)The salt of chemicals, oil and seawater will accelerate the aging of the track. In such an environment, the track should be cleaned frequently.
(3)The road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) can damage the rubber track.
(4)The edge stone, rut or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks on the ground side pattern of the track edge. This crack can continue to be used without injuring the steel cord.
(5)Gravel and gravel pavement will cause early wear of the rubber
surface in contact with the load-bearing wheel to form a small
crack. Severe moisture will invade, causing the core iron to fall
off and the steel wire to break.
