Quilting Machine Function

1. The machine is specialized in cutting of all sorts of curtain fabric, with the energy of German ultrasonic, so that all advantages of ultrasonic cutting is within this machine, including auxiliary edge smoothing, no fluffy and burning.

2. Fabric width could be measured by the sensor on the left of the machine, so that the fabric could be automatically cutting and save much time.
3. The whole system uses MCU as core remote-controllable, highly automatic in fabric feeding and returning, clamp rising and falling, blade running and stopping and ultrasonic system switch.
4. The table holder size is designed by your requirements, install a movable horizon guide rail to fix position for fabric, the cutted fabric will be rolled up by the aluminum tube which in the end of the table.
