wet type permanent-magnet cylindrical type separator
The machine is widely used for mineral separation, coal washing and
chemicals etc,applicable for wet magnetic separation of materials
whose size is 6-0 mm and divided into magnetic material and
non-magnetic material. The separated strong magnetic material has
the coefficient of magnetization X not less than 3000×10 6cm3 / g,
such as magnetite, and pyrrhotite etc. The hematite, limonite and
iron ore must be pre-selected and magnetizing roasted for the
separation.
The same cylinder can be equipped with three slots, half
counter-current slot (CTB); Downstream slot (CTS) and
counter-current slot (CTN), applicable for different technologies
of separation.
The CTB applies for 0.5-0mm ore size of strong magnetic minerals of
wet coarse and fine separation, especially suitable for the size of
0.15 ~ 0mm mineral fine separation.
The CTN applies for 0.6 ~ mm ore size of strong magnetic minerals
wet coarse and scavenging separation, especially suitable for coal
heavy medium recovery.
The CTS applies for 6 ~ of 0mm ore size of coarse and fine
separation.
The CTB and CTN can be used in series, improving the concentrate
grade.
The magnetic system adopts the high quality ferrite materials or
compounded with rare-earth magnetic steel, the magnetic induction
of the cylinder is 100 ~ 600mT averagely.
According to the needs of customers, the magnetic separator can be
downstream, half-countercurrent, countercurrent, and so on. The
magnetic separator has the advantages of simple structure, big
processing capacity, convenient operation and easy maintenance,
etc.

dry type permanent-magnet cylindrical type separator
It is newly developed high efficient magnetic separation device.
The magnetic system adopts the high performance of rare-earth NdFeB
materials and high quality ferrite materials, by way of the smart
and open magnetic circuit design, and the highest magnetic
induction of cylinder surface separation zone reaches over 0.8T,
the magnetic field strength 3-5 times that of medium-intensity
magnetic separator, reaching the level of the strong magnetic
separator. The separation cylinder adopts the wear-resisting
stainless steel. When the separated minerals are uniformly fed into
the top of the separation cylinder through the vibrating feeder,
the non magnetic materials are thrown from the rotating cylinder,
and the magnetic materials are attracted to cylinder by the strong
magnetic force.
The equipment has large processing capacity, and wide range of the
separated ore size, high separation precision, no blocking, simple
structure, convenient maintenance, power consumption 20% of strong
magnetic separator
Main application: iron selection operations in anhydrous region; deironing
operations of refractories and other materials.
