Working principle:
The Impact crusher is composed of 7 parts including feed hopper,
distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller body, spindle
assembly, base, transmission device, and motors etc.
Materials fall into the impeller from the top of the machine
vertically, in the effect of high speed centrifugal force, produce
high-speed impact crushing with the materials scattered around the
impeller in the form of the umbrella at the other part. After
materials impact against each other, produce the vortex with
materials, and make the multiple impacts, friction and crush
between the impeller and case, discharge out from the bottom
vertically, and reach the required size controlled by the screening
equipment. The crushed materials are discharged from discharge
opening at the bottom. In the whole process of the crushing, the
materials impact and crush each other, have no contact with metal
components, but crush because of the impact and friction with the
material lining, in doing so, reduce the pollution and extend the
wear time of machinery.
