Performance Features
- The bottle washing machine adopts manipulator to clip bottles,
which is suitable for all kinds of small bottles.
- Water and gas injection needle washing bottle adopts
reciprocating tracking insertion, bottle washing effect is good,
energy saving. It is also equipped with anti-needle frame vibration
device to improve the accuracy of injection needle into the bottle
and reduce the occurrence of broken needle.
- Water and gas pipelines are completely separated from spray
needles to avoid cross contamination and meet GMP requirements.
- Install buffer block before bottle washer unscrew, protect screw
and reduce broken bottle.
- The whole imported synchronous belt is used for bottling, which
is connected with the pushing bottle block and conveying ampoule,
so the operation is stable and reliable.
- The oven adopts hot air circulation heating, uniform temperature,
energy saving.
- The oven has the protection function of sudden power failure to
ensure safe operation.
- The oven can be equipped with circulating water cooling device
that does not consume indoor air volume, which reduces the risk of
imbalance of indoor pressure difference and achieves good cooling
effect.
- The oven can be equipped with a pressure difference automatic
balance adjustment system to reduce the high temperature section
deviation caused by the uneven pressure difference between the room
and the oven, as well as the problems such as the rise of the room
temperature in the filling room and the washing and drying room.
- The oven is equipped with DOP inspection mouth (including wind
pressure, wind speed and dust particle inspection mouth).
- The cooling section of the oven has sterilization function
(specially selected by FDA).
- The oven mesh belt can be equipped with ultrasonic and CIP
cleaning systems.
- The filling machine adopts the world's most advanced design
concept, fast speed, accurate filling, convenient replacement
parts.
- The filling machine adopts AC servo motor to drive the filling
screw to rotate, and the filling quantity is accurate.
- The filling volume of the filling machine can be adjusted through
the touch screen.
- The filling machine can be equipped with 100 level circulating
laminar flow hood.

plug".
