1. LED products are very sensitive to static electricity, please
pay attention to the anti-static protection during installation and
use, to avoid causing static electricity chip damage or dead light
2. In the process of transportation and use, the led light bar is
strictly prohibited to press the colloidal surface and inner packaging
3. Ledstrip storage condition 20-30°, humidity 20-60rh %
4. Welding conditions: the product is recommended to use constant
temperature soldering iron welding mode of operation, manual thermostat
soldering iron welding not exceed a temperature of 320 ℃, welding time not more than 3.5 seconds, pleasemake sure topause 1 to 2 seconds after the first spot welding ,
prevent tin line not thorough shift of solidification, then to the
second spot welding, to ensure that reduce the contact thermal
resistance when assembly, please note placed metal radiator piece
at the bottom of the welding position.When welding, please pay
attention to no external force on the colloid surface and the white
oil surface (such as pressure, friction or sharp metal nails,
etc.), to avoid the deformation or fracture of copper foil and
damage the white oil surface protective layer and other
abnormalities;If this condition is exceeded, the stability of the
product cannot be guaranteed. If this condition is exceeded, the
risk assessment must be carried out.
5. The access voltage at the input end needs to be converted from ac
to dc voltage through the driver. The access end should pay
attention to the polarity of positive and negative poles.
