6. Delivery:In 5-15days,we can delivery the goods via air and sea.Before shipment,each other comfirm the product quanlity and the balance payment.

-Please provide your design image.If you can advise the material, size, color, surface finishing and order quantity,it is will be perfect.

-AI, PSD, PDF, CDR or other high definition(DPI) file
3. Can you help with the design?
-Yes,our skilled technicians can help with simple artwork revision such as logo and images from the printing angle.
4. Do you have MOQ?
-Yes.Label sticker,inserts,IML,Washi tapes:500 pieces

Kraft gift box:the most designs we have stock.

Some special designs,we need charge the start up charge.
5. Can we get some samples?It there any Charge?
-Yes, we can offer the available samples in our stock by free by freight collect.
6. What is the payment term?
-100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before production,and the balance before shipment.
T/T, Western Union, L/C at sight, Paypal & Alipay are acceptable.
7. What about the lead time?
-it depends on each order quantity, generally 3-10 days after the sample and the deposit approved.
8. What shipping ways can we chose?
-DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX express courier, air and sea. Usually 3-5 working days by Express, 10-30 days by sea.
9. How to track the goods was deliveried ?
