Usage
This equipment is mainly used for removing the husk from the paddy,
and separate the paddy husk from the mixed contents.This machine
using double sided synchronous belt(or six angle belt),replace the
previous gearbox husker, now machine running more smooth, low
noise, no oil pollution, convenient operation and maintenance.
Working Principle
This machine tighten the roller by pneumatic cylinder or Ram, make
a pressure between two different speed rollers, enhance the
friction to achieve the purpose of remove the husk,and throughout
the suspension speed difference between brown rice and husk,also
through the air suction system, remove the husk,and separation of
brown rice.

|
Production description:
This husker with double-base and double-side synchronous belt
driving, two pairs rubber rolls work simultaneously. It is
characterized by capacity, small floor space, no oil pollution and
noise. The feeding gate is driven by an air cylinder, and it is
automatically controlled through a inductive type level indicator.
It can process cleaned paddy and paddy returns to husk separately
in technolgy. When processing paddy returns to husker, it is
possible to reduce the pressure between rolls and lower the broken
rice content, so that the white rice yield can be increased.

This machine is mainly composed of a feeding device, a transmission
mechanism, aspirator and pneumatic system (user separately ordered)
.
Feeding device
Feeding device composed by 1, feed hopper; 2, feed seat; 3,
material level switch; 4, flow control gate; 5, feed gate
(cylinder); 6, long buffing plate, etc..
Feeding gate is driven by the cylinder, and controlling by level
switch, when the hopper out of paddy, automatic closing, and
delaying to open the gate when paddy come again,tight the roller;
if use the manual operation (without pneumatic and level switch),
the gate should be open, operate the machine through flowing gate.
This machine adopts buffing place feeding, go through the short
buffing plate,and also adjust by long buffing plate, acceleration
and orientation, make the paddy feeding to the roller fast and
even, it can improve the husking efficiency, the angle of long
buffing place can be adjusted by the wear of rollers, adjusted by
hand wheel, to ensure the feeding accuracy.
Transmission parts of Rubber Roller
The transmission part of rubber roller mainly includes main host,
frame, fast and slow roller, pensioning device and motor. The
roller using cantilever structure, convenient installation, the
position of fast roller shaft is fixed, the slow roll is move-able,
the slow roller moving by cylinder(or adjust the roller bearing) to
achieve the purpose of approach or loose by two rollers.The belt
wheel for rollers tension by motor, transmission by the synchronous
belt (or six angle belt).
Frame (bottom box)
The frame part is mainly composed of a machine frame, blending
plate, buffer plate, handle adjusting sleeve, weighter (ram). The
function of blending plate mainly use for the mixture mater after
husking, then easy to separate on the buffer plate.
The Rubber Roller tighten device divided into automatic and manual,
the user can be selected according to the specific circumstances,
when use of pneumatic, take off the screw sleeve ; when
manually,the nut of cylinder should be removed.
When manually, using ram gravity roller tightening device,
depending on the weight of the RAM gravity, through the lever
mechanism to change direction and amplification, to ensure the
normal working pressure between rolls can keep unchanged, to
achieve the purpose of tightening the roller.
Aspirator
The aspirator is mainly use for separate the mixed material
according to the suspension speed difference.
This device adopts front and back suction,the wind go through the
material from the front side, separate the material slowly on the
buffing plate, when the material layer gradually expanded, the
light husk floating in the upper level, the brown rice falls on the
lower level (the middle level should be immature paddy)
Due to the material separated in the front side, thus, the husk can
be removed by the wind smoothly, so as to obtain the good effect.
There are big observe window at the front and right side of the
aspirator,can observe and analysis of separations dynamic,
according to paddy output and classification, rotating the wheel,
adjusting the wind plate front and back, ensure to get the best
separation effect.
Pneumatic systems (users need to order separately)
When material entering to the hopper,the signal sending through
level switch,a little bit time delay,solenoid valve start work,
makes the feed cylinder open the inserted plate,the material falls
down between two rollers,due to the limiting function of one way
valve, makes the cylinder drive the slow roller to fast roller in
proper time, avoid the rubber roller friction once material
empty,asjusting the one-way valve, delaying time in clockwise
side,whereas adjust the speed of tightening time,the efficiency of
husking controlled by release valve,adjusting clockwise pressure
increase, and reduce pressure by anti-clockwise.When the feeding
hopper empty, the level switch controls the solenoid valve to
reset, the feed cylinder closes the insert gate at the same time,
and also the cylinder of the roller is returned to the original
position.
