Customized items can be offered in most situations, but when it is required extra tooling fee, you are required to charge half. In most situation, once the application conditions communicated thoroughly, samples can pass the testing. If in some case, performance is needed to be improved further, we will make second samples, free of charge, and we pay the sample fee.
