one function develop by Easson. It is a practical, multifunctional
optical glass scale digital display for manual machine tools like
Milling, Lathe, Boring machine etc.

Ultra Low Temperature Rise Transformer
Easson all Digital readout power supply use a linear power
transformer and power filter, this can help our products pass by
the noice immunity and the EMC.
To reduce the total heat generation inside the ES DRO in order to
obtain long working life. An ultra low temperature rise transformer
that construct with very high permeability icron core is used,
which effectively bring temperature rise to only about 5℃.
EMC Testing equipment
To Make sure all Easson DRO products can be pass the standard EMC
standard specification, we have a complete set of EMC test esd
immunity tester.
Easson DRO have been to conforms to relevant standards for the
electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC ) as the details below:

Aging Test
.
Easson DRO need to do the aging test, using 3 axis signal generator counting, make sure all couting reading correctly, high temperature test and load test for 3 days before QC procedure.
Easson Optical Linear Scale's reader head need to power on for 72 hours aging test before assemble,
make sure all linear scale's quality is reliable.
