AAC Prodution Line Ball Mill
Description:
The ball mill is the key equipment to crush the material after it
is broken.Aerated brick ball mill is widely used in cement,
Portland products, new building materials, refractories, chemical
fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal dressing and glass
ceramics and other production industries, for a variety of ores and
other grindable materials dry or wet grinding.
Working principle of ball mill:
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with
outer gear transmission. It is a two-compartment, lattice-type
aerated brick ball mill.The material enters the first bin of the
mill uniformly by the feeding device through the feeding hollow
shaft screw. There are stepped lining plates or corrugated lining
plates inside the bin, and steel balls of different specifications
are installed. Centrifugal force is generated by the rotation of
the barrel to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then
they fall down, resulting in a heavy blow and grinding effect on
the material.After the material reaches rough grinding in the first
warehouse, it enters into the second warehouse through a single
layer compartment board, which is inlaid with flat lining board and
contains steel ball to further grind the material.The powder is
discharged through the discharge grates to complete the grinding
operation.
Structural features of aerated brick ball mill:
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary
part, transmission part (reducer, pinion, motor, electric control)
and other main parts.The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the
inner lining can be removed and replaced, the large rotary gear is
made of casting hobbing, and the barrel is embedded with
wear-resistant lining board, which has good wear resistance.The
machine runs smoothly and reliably.
Note: According to the material and the way of discharging, you can
choose the dry type ball mill or the wet type grid type ball mill.
