Description:

The dipping tank is composed of a carrier,a transmission component and a traveling mixing component.① The carrier is formed into cylinder shape by bending deformation and welding of 10mm steel plate ;② The transmission component is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling, sprocket, chain, etc. its operation is controlled by electric box ;③ The traveling mixing component is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling, wheel, mixing blade, etc. its operation is controlled by electric box.

Work principles:

Running:

a.The Dipping tank runs stably after the motor starts, and there is no abnormal sound in the reducer, run and return it for half a hour.

b.Load test run, drying box load hook, steel mesh, run for half an hour according to the empty car trial procedures and requirements.

Maintenance:

Clean the dust after each shift, and add lubricant oil to the wheel before the production.

Repair:

a.Check the wheel and transmission parts each month and replace the destroyed parts.

b.Check the wiring and electrical parts very 6 months, and add oil to the reducer.

c.Wash all transmission parts, replace the worn parts and add lubricant one per year.

Autonomous Production
With an annual production capacity of more than 9 thousand tons of equipment and workshops covering about 25 thousand square meters, SANKON is able to autonomously complete machining, painting, assembling, and testing processes. For instance, the blade used in the pouring mixer was updated from a conventional single blade to a cross blade and flow diversion blade, and now the high speed double blade design results in higher stirring efficiency. The driving method is updated from belt drive to variable frequency drive as it is now directly connected. Besides, each connecting piece is fine finished by us.

Currently, SANKON has obtained 19 patents for components applied in our AAC cutter, mold, transfer cart for AAC block pre-curing and batching automatic control system.
