1.Aerated Autoclaved Concrete block machine line cutting machine Introduction:
The cutting machine is the most important part of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete block machine line.The production is more than 50,000m3. The cutting machine is the necessary hard-core,and is the indispensable part to improve the production. Our factory’s product--JL series cutter, this equipment can realize the cutting of the body one's goal instantly, six turn over cutting, because its advanced craft, there is no need of the second time hoisting, so can reduce the damage of th body because of multiple hoisting. Therefore, this product have been sold over the nation,and gain high praise from the ueser.With several years technological innovation,we have developed many kinds of models’concrete cutters.

2.Working principle:

After turn the body on the over turning platform with the Base Plate,move towards the cutter until the small sliding table. After 90 degrees turn over, move the body from the small sliding table to the cutting position,cut the body’ four sides horizontally,then lengthwise cutting.After cutting ,move the body from the small sliding table to the over turning platform,turn the body on the counter-turnplate by 90 degrees with reversing direction.

(1) Simple and practical model structure, easy to install and maintain;

(2) The cake is placed sideways so that the width of the cake is 600mm and the height is 1200mm. The cutting wire is short, not easy to break, not easy to drift, and the cutting precision is high;

(3) The longitudinal cutting device is fixed, and the longitudinal cutting is completed when the cutting trolley walks. The cutting time is short.The horizontal cutting device adopts steel wire cutting to shorten the length of steel wire and ensure the cutting precision.

(4) The milling groove can be completed when the cake is vertically cut, without the need for additional groove processing equipment;

(5) The aerated concrete cutting machine cuts the billet body on six sides, and the product quality is not affected by the mold oil and mold deformation;

(6) Aerated concrete airdrop cutting machine can produce plates in addition to blocks;

(7) The cutting process of machine type (flip, longitudinal and transverse) is completed at different work stations. The work of each work station is simplified and the operation and maintenance is convenient.

Autonomous Production

Continuous Innovation
Based on German technology, we developed the AAC production lines with additional specifications. At the same time, we have been consistently improving our equipment offerings to meet the various needs of customers.

For instance, the blade used in the pouring mixer was updated from a conventional single blade to a cross blade and flow diversion blade, and now the high speed double blade design results in higher stirring efficiency. The driving method is updated from belt drive to variable frequency drive as it is now directly connected. Besides, each connecting piece is fine finished by us.

Currently, SANKON has obtained 19 patents for components applied in our AAC cutter, mold, transfer cart for AAC block pre-curing and batching automatic control system.
