TFD series blind mating fluid connector has radial floating function, can make misaligned plug and socket smoothly inserted, under the guidance of the guide mechanism to complete the plug and socket connection and disconnection, to achieve the fast connection between the cold plate and the chassis. It is suitable for the liquid cooling heat dissipation system of radar equipment, data center, supercomputer, airborne liquid cooling chassis, military defense, aerospace and other fields.
When the liquid cooling equipment is stored or maintained, the circuit may contact with external heat sources. When the temperature rises, the coolant in the cold plate expands, and the pressure of the coolant after expansion increases sharply, resulting in the deformation of the surface of the cold plate, bulging and even rupture, and finally the scrap of the cold plate. In this condition, the circuit needs pressure relief protection, and the TFDR automatic pressure relief blind mating socket can be selected.
