1. The tablet for the machine, is it coming together with the robot
arm?
♦ Just need use above android 7.0 system tablet can be work.
2. Are you able to put my company name on the machine, or show no
label on the machine and tablet screen?
♦ Yes, we can custom your company name or logo on the machine when
the quantity exceed 30 sets.
3. How do we integrate it with a camera vision? What are the
components are required to integrate the robot with the vision
system... camera, software communication to the robot.
♦ Robot can be connected by network cable or wireless WIFI, which
can be used in conjunction with the vision. We will provide
relevant protocols. Customers need to prepare cameras and also need
visual supporting software, as well as visual system debugging.
4. Is the load 1kg at the end of the arm fully extended? Please
give me the load at different distances from the axis of rotation
(base) of the robot
♦ Currently,the farthest distance is 1kg load.
5. How many inputs and how many outputs?
♦ Our robot has 5 I/O itself, if not enough, which can add extra 16
I/O.
6. Can the robot run without the tablet after it is programmed?
♦ Yes, the robot can.
7. Can I program the screen to control the robot (start, stop,
control the inputs and outputs?
