1. Can I order samples firstly before the bulk order? How many days
for samples?
A: Yes, of course. It is our greatest honor to have the opportunity
to offer our sampes to you.
New clients are expected to pay for a small amount of deposit in
case the investment on new sampling as per your specification
request is not a small one. But the deposit will be reimbursed when
bulk order confirmed.
Generally speaking, sample lead time is 3- 5 working days. But for
some special samples, please confirm the date with us on line.
2. What is the MOQ for your production?
A: The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material
and so on. Normally speaking, if you choose our regular fabric, MOQ
is 50pcs only. But the more quantity, the better price.
3. Can I print my logo on the bedding items?
A: We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or detailed
requirements from our customers. So logo is totally available for
you.
4. Does your factory has environmental protection?
A: Yes, our products have been tested by Testing Organization.
5. Shipping Method and Shipping Time?
A: a) Express courier like DHL, FEDEX to USA, and TNT to European,
etc. Shipping time is about one month depends on country and area.
b) By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.
c) By sea port to port: about 20-35 days
