Steel tubular tower is a traditional superior product of our factory. Especially the self developed multi-station
flange processing system has significantly improved the precision of geometric tolerance for each work piece.
Thanks to such a process, the 190m high Huangpu large crossing steel tube tower was appraised as a national
quality project. Our factory is supplied with advanced equipment such as 2400-ton bending machines, line
cutting machines, stitch welding machines, and CNC plasma cutting machines. With these equipment, it is
capable to produce equal-diameter tubes and cone-shaped tubes in polygon and round shape. The CNC
stitch welding machine can realize one-time moulding of stitch welding for steel tube and the welding line
can achieve double-size moulding through single welding. Our factory has been highly affirmed for its production
capacity and product quality.
