Portable Variable Frequency Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Set , For 35KV Cable and 110KV Power Substation Test


I. Product Usage :

This test set model CHX-270KVA/45KV, 270KV is designed for 10KV / 35KV class short XLPE cable ,power transformer, CB,CT/PT, busbar in 110KV power substation to perform on-site AC withstand voltage test with variable frequency resonant circuit technology; the highest test voltage is no more than 45KV ,90KV,270KV; test frequency: 30-300Hz; the duty cycle is no more than 60mints. it can help customers to perform preventive test or hand-over test on AC withstand voltage test


Test range of the set is as following:transformer

1. 1000m of 35kV/300mm2 cable, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 5min.

2, 3000m of 10kV/300mm2 cable , test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 22kV, test time 5min.

3, 35kV/31500kVA main transformer , capacitance ≤ 0.015uF, test frequency 40-300Hz, test voltage 68kV, test time 1min.

4, 110kV/50000kVA main transformer , capacitance ≤ 0.015uF, test frequency 40-300Hz, test voltage 160kV, test time 1min.

4, CB,CT/PT, busbar in 110KV power substation , test frequency 40-300Hz, test voltage no more than 265, test time 1min.


The whole test set consists of variable frequency power source , excitation transformer , 6pieces of reactors, and high voltage measurement devider(capacitive voltage divider). This type of test set is most suitable for 35KV or 110KV power sub-station
