1. Description of iron and steel industry current situation

2. Energy saving of seamless steel pipe production line
According to the nature of the hydraulic station and the number of main pumps, working principle and characteristics, combined with the process requirements of each region, as well as the load of the equipment, the servo upgrading improvement scheme of the system is determined.
According to the actual feedback demand, output on demand to avoid the system to do idle work, to achieve energy-saving effect.
Using high-resolution position sensor and pressure sensor for feedback control, the closed-loop control of roll position can be realized to achieve high-precision gap adjustment.
In order to improve the quality of products and optimize the use of the whole plant, the original pipe rolling mill was reformed and the control and management of the production process was strengthened.
