Chiller Description
The low-temperature cooling circulating pump of this equipment
adopts microcomputer intelligent control system. The
low-temperature cooling liquid circulating pump provides
low-temperature circulating cooling water (liquid) flow or
low-temperature constant-temperature water (liquid) flow to meet
the needs of cooling water and Low temperature liquid cooling or
constant temperature equipment, such as rotary evaporator,
fermentation tank, electron microscope, low temperature chemical
reaction kettle, electron energy spectrometer, mass spectrometer,
densitometer, freeze dryer, vacuum coating instrument, reaction
kettle, etc.
Chiller Principle
The low temperature cooling circulation pump of this equipment adopts microcomputer intelligent control system. Low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump with low temperature cooling water (liquid) flow or low temperature constant temperature water (liquid) flow, in order to meet the needs of the cooling water and low temperature liquid cooling or constant temperature equipment, such as the rotary evaporation apparatus, fermentation tank, electron microscope, low temperature chemical reaction kettle, electron spectrometer, mass spectrometer, densimeter, freeze-drying machine, vacuum coating machine, reaction kettle, etc.
Precautions for use
1. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment are
normally opened and the pressure is within the normal range.
2. Check whether the power of each device is in the on position.
3. Before using the low-temperature coolant circulation pump, add
ethanol with a refrigerant concentration of ≥97% to the tank, and
the liquid level of the medium should not pass the refrigeration
coil in the tank.
4. Check the power supply: the power of the power supply should be
greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power
supply must have a good "grounding" device;
5. The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place,
with no obstacles within 500mm around the instrument;
6. Pay attention to the position of the liquid level in the tank.
When the liquid level is too low, add refrigerant medium in time
7. When the equipment is working, the temperature of the inlet and
outlet pipes is relatively high, so be careful not to touch them to
prevent frostbite;
8. After use, all switches are turned off and the power supply is
cut off;
9. Clean the condenser regularly to avoid the reduction of product
efficiency due to excessive dust;
