The circulating water vacuum pump uses the rotation of the motor to drive the circulating water and extract the gas in the connecting system, which has achieved the purpose of gradually reducing the pressure in the system. At present, the circulating water pump is often used in the laboratory for decompression filtration and other operations.
This product is a multi-purpose vacuum pump designed with
circulating water as the working fluid and the principle of
negative pressure generated by jet flow. It provides vacuum
conditions for chemical laboratories. This equipment cannot provide
circulating cooling water to the reaction device.
It is widely used in evaporation, distillation, crystallization,
filtration, decompression, sublimation and other operations. It is
an ideal equipment for laboratories in colleges and universities,
medical chemical industry, food processing and other fields.
Operation Instructions
1. Add water before starting the machine. Do not run the machine
empty. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with electricity.
2ˎ Preparation, when using the pump for the first time, open the
top cover of the pump box and pour in clean cold water. Stop adding
water when the water surface is about to rise to the height of the
overflow port. Repeat the boot to stop adding water. However, the
longest time is to replace the water once a week. If the water
quality is seriously polluted and the usage rate is high, the time
for replacing the water can be shortened. The ultimate goal is to
keep the water quality in the water tank clean.
3. For vacuuming operation, the suction sleeve of the equipment
that needs to be vacuumed is closely connected to the suction
nozzle of the machine. Check that the circulating water switch
should be turned off, turn on the power supply, and turn on the
power switch to start the vacuuming operation. The vacuum gauge
corresponding to the suction nozzle can observe the vacuum degree.
4. When the machine needs to work continuously for a long time, the
water temperature in the water tank will rise, which will affect
the vacuum degree. At this time, the water hose can be connected to
the water source (tap water) to keep the water temperature in the
water tank from rising. Stabilize the vacuum.
