Main body, lower guide rail, lower pressure wheel device
The main body is a square box. There are lower pressure wheels in
the left and right grooves, and two pairs of heat-treated rail
guides are symmetrically installed outside the round edges of the
plane. When the punch rod runs with the turntable, its tail is
embedded in the rail guide groove and moves up and down along with
the inclination in the groove. There is a round hole at the end of
the front rail guide, which is covered with a disc for installing
the lower punch. The lower pressure wheel is installed in the
groove of the main body. It is sleeved on the crankshaft to prevent
the impact of the pressure wheel from causing thickness. The outer
end of the shaft is equipped with a helical gear that matches the
worm. The handwheel drives the worm to rotate, and the helical gear
makes the pressure wheel move. When the crankshaft is rotated
slightly and the eccentricity of the crankshaft is upward, the
pressure wheel rises, the pressure increases, and the tablet
becomes thinner. On the contrary, the pressure decreases, and the
tablet becomes thicker. This is used to control the softness of the
tablet thickness.
