Introduction of Fertilizer Crusher Machine

The fertilizer crusher machine series are mainly to be designed and used to grind the big and hard raw materials. It is to be designed in the fertilizer production line. The single-axis urea crusher machine is communion equipment designed to meet the production requirements of high nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-double fertilizer for crushing urea.

In the designing process of the urea crusher machine mainly uses the gap between the high-speed running roller and the concave plate for grinding and shearing. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. After the urea granules enter into the machine, the drum is first rotated at a high speed to break the particles against the wall and the baffle of the machine, and then grind into a powder through the gap between the drum and the concave plate.

Features of Fertilizer Crusher Machine

1. Cage crusher has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost, convenient maintenance and repair, and is also suitable for sticky materials, so it is widely used in organic fertilizer processing.

2. Urea crusher adopts high strength wear-resistant cemented carbide cage bar with the synchronous speed in the grinding process. The inlet and outlet design are reasonable, and the crushing material is uniform, not easy to stick to the wall, and easy to clean.

3. After the material enters the trouser tube through the feed port, it is divided into two paths and falls into two rotors respectively. The rotor is driven by the motor at high speed through the belt. The rotor and motor are installed on the lower casing, and the rotor is enclosed in the upper and lower casing. The covers on both sides can be opened to facilitate cleaning, observation and maintenance.

4. The main shaft of the rotor is supported on two bearing blocks by the self-aligning bearing. The main shaft is equipped with a chain seat. The chain seat can protect the main shaft from corrosion and damage.
