Automated Control With PLC, Medium Pressure Hydrogen Recovery Unit
Product Working Principle:
During the sintering process of tungsten, molybdenum powder and
tungsten carbide, a large amount of H2 is needed. In order to reduce tungsten powder and molybdenum
powder fully, the actual amount of hydrogen provided is 5 ~ 8 times
of the amount of hydrogen required for the reduction reaction. Most
of the surplus hydrogen is released in the air, resulting in
serious waste of energy. Many factories in China have successively
established H2 recycle systems, which not only greatly saves production costs,
but also significantly improves product quality. The investment of
H2 recycle and purification equipment can take back in a short time.
The normal and medium pressure hydrogen purification technology has
reached the advanced level in the world.
After drip washing and gas/water separation, the recycle hydrogen
is pressurized by fan or compressor, and then it was sent to the
purification system. After deoxidization , condensation, adsorption
and drying, the pure H2 is sent back to the using point .
The pressure for medium pressure method is 0.3-0.6mpa, and the
oil-free hydrogen compressor is used, which has a big energy
consumption. However, the equipment is compact and the volume is
small, and the purity of hydrogen is better than the normal
pressure method.
The equipment is automatic controlled and It can be run
automatically without workers' care.
