Permanent Magnet Ferrite Used In Household Flush Toilets For Modern Equipment W1030F
How a flush toilet works?
So how does a flush toilet work? It all starts with a simple
mechanism: the interaction of a lever and a water plug. When using
the toilet, just turn the water drain knob, you can pull the water
plug through the rope to release the water stored in the tank;
Gravity and kinetic energy work together to wash the dirt away. At
the same time, the lowering of the water level triggers the float
to sink, opening the refill device through a lever. Then, the rise
of the float depends on the rise of the water level and gradually
close the upper water valve, and the water supply ends.
Our company manufactures an-isotropic ceramic strontium ferrite
magnet made by means of wet compression molding.
What is permanent magnet ferrite?
Permanent magnet ferrite is a hexagon structure compound with
uniaxial anisotropy, mainly barium, strontium, lead three kinds of
ferrite and their composite solid solution, there are the same
magnetic and opposite magnetic points, because this kind of ferrite
material in the external magnetization field disappeared, still can
retain a strong constant remanent magnetic property for a long
time, can be used to generate a stable magnetic field on the
external space.
How to determine the performance of the product?
There are four main indicators to measure the performance of
permanent magnet materials: residual magnetism, coercive force,
intrinsic coercive force, and maximum magnetic energy product,The
finished permanent magnet ferrite has a high coercivity and is not
easy to demagnetize after magnetization.
What are the advantages of the permanent magnet ferrite we produce?
1,Stable magnetic properties: permanent magnet ferrite has high
coercivity and remanence, stable magnetic properties, and is not
easily affected by external influences.
2,High temperature resistance: permanent magnet ferrite has good
high temperature resistance and is suitable for use in high
temperature environment.
3,High temperature coefficient of resistance to saturated magnetic
field: The magnetic properties of permanent magnet ferrite decay
slowly at high temperatures, with a high temperature coefficient of
resistance to saturated magnetic field.
4,Low cost: The raw material price of permanent magnet ferrite is
low, the production process is simple, and the cost is relatively
low.
5,Long service life: permanent magnet ferrite has a long service
life, is not easy to demagnetize, low maintenance costs.
6,Good rare earth substitution: permanent magnet ferrite can
replace some rare earth magnets, reduce the dependence on rare
earth and reduce the consumption of rare earth resources.
