Uploaded the data I scanned , per the screen , it says upload completely .Where is the uploaded data on my computer ?
First you need to be sure which type of document you need to transfer the data to, open the document and put the cursor at where you want input the data and then start export, the data will be transmitted to the document you opened .
2.Bluetooth connection
My phone can not find the scanner .
Possibly the scanner was set to 2.4 g wireless mode , please unplug the USB cable and set the scanner to Bluetooth mode .And please make sure your phone has not connected to other Bluetooth devices
