Q1: How long is the lead time after the order is placed?
Usually the lead time for sample battery is within 14 days. For mass order, the lead time is about 14-28 days. The accurate lead time is based on the order qty.

We offer 1 year warranty for MNC batteries and 2 years for LiFePO4 batteries or 0.5% spare parts to buy out the warranty. After the warranty period, paid maintenance service will be offered.
