Connect the guns

Step 1. K Gun, S Gun, Air Gun, and Water Gun are the same way and regular way as the common spraying gun for coating.

Step 2. For AB gun, you need connect the Bottle A and Bottle Liquid B with the inlets of the gun.

Step 3. Spray all the gun one by one and make them can spray liquid when adjust the air valve pressure. All the liquid is vacuumed out with different pressure.

Step 4. Now everything is ready on the machine for Chrome Spraying.

Prepare one article that you want to work silver on it.

• Cleaning the article.
• Spray PU top coating on it. Dry it in the oven. 55 degree C, 1 hour.
• If it is not shine enough, please spray top coating one more time. The surface should be very smooth and fine before silver it.
• Spray K
• Water Cleaning
• Spray A+B with Dual Gun
• Water Cleaning
• Spray Chemical S
• Water Cleaning
• Put it into the oven Dry it. 60 Degree C. 30 Minutes
