Briefly introduction
The tension control of the tension controller refers to the ability
to permanently control the tension of the tape as it is transported
on the device. Change excitation electric current of magnetic
powder clutch/ brake or torque of servomotor automatically. The
controller can be used in several occasions needed to carry on
measuring and controlling accurately with the tension and have
application extensively with flexible in usage.

Working
Feeding process:
The electric motor outputs the torque, connects the electromagnetic
powder brake. The electromagnetic powder brake connects the feeding
shaft and collects the materials. The controller adjusts the
rotation speed of the electric motor and the tension controller
adjusts the tension of the electromagnetic powder brake, resulting
in uniform material feed and proper speed.
Collecting process:
The electric motor outputs the torque, connects the electromagnetic
powder brake. The electromagnetic powder brake connects the
collecting shaft and collects the material. The controller adjusts
the rotation speed of the electric motor and the tension controller
adjusts the tension of the electromagnetic powder brake, resulting
in uniform material feed and collecting tube tightly coiled.
Notes
1. It is NOT allowed to connect to AC380V power supply.
2. The maximum current of 4A, which is suitable for various types
of magnetic powder clutches and magnetic powder brakes of
200~400N.M produced by our company.
3. Working environment: temperature -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, humidity: 80% or
less, does not allow corrosion of gas, dust and rain.

1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quoted within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If

2. How should I place the order?
Please let us know the model number based on our specs for powder
clutch, powder brake, air clutch, air brake, electromagnetic
clutch, electromagnetic brake and safety chucks. For air shaft and
roller, please show us your drawing, or let us know your request,
and then we will provide you drawing for confirmation.
3. What’s your MOQ basis?
Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the rollers.
4. What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our
products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load
cell and edge position controller which is about 3-5 days. For
safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about 15-30days.
5. What is the term of delivery?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most
convenient one or cost-effective way.
