1. Cutting structure.
In view of the different characteristics of the cutting action of
the blades in different areas on the cone, the tapered blades are
placed in the permanent contact area and the wedge-shaped blades

the drilling efficiency. By arranging the diamond blade in the
permanent contact area of the cone where the blade is severely
worn, the wear resistance of the cutting structure is enhanced. The

3. Bearing structure.

surface hears the bearing surface. The tapered bearing is inlaid
with anti-friction alloy. Improve the wear resistance and seizure
resistance of the bearing. Compared with the tri-cone bit, the
outrigger bearing is larger, so higher WOB and higher reliability
can be obtained.
