1.Wood crusher machine

Our crusher is new style and multipurpose machine, it can be crushing 10 mm ~ 30 mm (Diameter / Thickness) biomass materials, after crushing, the finally powder can reach to 1mm ~ 8mm ( adjustable ), needn't to use any other equipments.

2.Sawdust Rotary Dryer Machine :

Rotary Dryer Machine is made by our company used on building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement plant for drying of sand, sawdust, wood shavings, chicken manure, iron ore, limestone slag, coal powder, slag, clay stone,etc. This Rotary Drum Dryer is composed of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring,etc.

3.Sawdust briquette machine :

Briquetting is a process during which raw materials are compressed under high pressure and high temperature. After the processing of drying and pressing, the briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.

4.Final Product:
This bio-fuel briquette is 50-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.

5. Carbonization furnace

This wood carbonization furnace belongs to the charcoal industry, with features of carbonization fast and no smoke or little smoke and little pollution. It's the new coking equipment with high efficiency.

The working principle of the wood carbonization furnace is : put the raw material in the inner stoves, seal the door, then heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 centi-degree), and then carbonization procedure(280-400 centi-degree). When it rise to the temperation starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove.
