Description

HDPE socket saddle type pipe fitting is one of PE pipe fittings, and its connection principle and process are basically the same as PE socket pipe fittings.For different PE saddle type pipe fittings, the following methods shall be used for fastening:

If the PE socket saddle type pipe fittings have semi-circular groove shaped lower fastener, the section with reinforcement edge shall be fastened with wooden or rubber hammer.Slide it along the pipe from one end of the saddle to the other.For PE saddle type socket fittings with fasteners, loosen the screws first to make it easy to hang the buckle when hanging the fastener belt.Then put in two screws until the two plastic parts of the fastening belt are in close contact.For saddle type pipe fittings with semi-circular lower fasteners and fastened with bolts, the metal gasket and bolts shall be installed according to the instructions.

Then tighten the four screws until the lower edge of the fastener and the upper edge of the saddle are close to the four bolts, leaving only the last thread.If there is no fastener, special saddle type positioning and clamping tool shall be used, and proper fixing method shall be carried out according to the tool instructions.
