Endoscpy universal linear stapler QELC has application in different surgeries such as abdominal, gynecologic, pediatric, endoscopic and thoracic surgeries for transection and resction for different tissues.
The QELC stapler reloads are available in 30 mm, 45 mm, and 60mm lengths, five staple heights: 2.0mm,2.5mm,3.5mm,4.0 mm and 4.8mm to accommodate various tissues .
Unique advantages:
The unique new triple "CC" technology can ensure a better surgery experience :
1.Cayman Curved Technology: which can make the cartridge flexible through the tissue gape like
a oclecranon, it can provide a better vizualization through the
vascular space then it can ensure a safe dissecction. Also make
some blunt separation during the operation so it can provide
multi-fuction in thoracic surgery.
2.Cayman Clip Technology: help to lock the tissue like a crocodile, which reinforces
clamping force and reduce tissue spillage during cutting action
then realize full cut line removal and reduce the burden on
patients.
3.Cayman Claw Technology: reduce the lateral and longitudinal oscullations when the staple
are lifted and reinforced slipping resistance during the firing
process
4. ISHTM Technology: similar as the tri-stapler technology of Covidien, it can provide outstanding perfusion in suturing and hemostasis

1). Staples of 2.0 mm cannot be used on any tissue that is compressed to less than 0.75mm in thickness, or that cannot be comfortably compressed to 1.0 mm or on aorta.
2). Staples of 2.5 mm cannot be used on any tissue that is compressed to less than 1.0 mmin thickness, or that cannot be comfortably compressed to 1.5 mm or on aorta.
3). Staples of 3.5 mm cannot be used on any tissue that is compressed to less than 1.5 mmin thickness, or that cannot be comfortably compressed to 2.0 mm or on aorta.
4). Staples of 4.0 mm cannot be used on any tissue that is compressed to less than 1.7 mmin thickness, or that cannot be comfortably compressed to 2.0 mm or on aorta.
5). Staples of 4.8 mm cannot be used on any tissue that is compressed to less than 2.0 mmin thickness, or that cannot be comfortably compressed to 2.5 mm or on aorta.
6). QELC stpler and reloads cannot be used on tissues such as liver or spleen where compressibility is such that closure of the instrument would be destructive.
7). Especially, when placing R/A/B/C-shaped cartridge, do not change the angle of articulating lever after tissue is clipped in the jaw and the jaw is closed.
8). QELC stpler and reloads cannot be used on the patients if cannot observe hemostasis of suturing parts.
