Who are we?

We,PioneerTEX China are the professional manufacturer of PP woven geotextile, which is made of flat woven machine and circular woven machine. We have around 50 skilled workers to make sluge dewatering geotube, FIBC ton bags, and dewatering filter bags.

The bags have been widely applied for sludge dewatering, waster water treatment, and powdered and granular form products packaging and transportation.

PP woven geotextile have been widely applied for weed control mat, ground cover, soil separation and reinforcement, and make composite geotextile or geomembrane.

What is a Geotube?

PioneerTEX GeoTube (PioTube) dewatering bag is a containment system designed for dewatering a wide variety of sludge types and sands.
It is integrated with single or multiple pieces of PioneerTEX's high-strength synthetic technical fabric and is theoretically applicable to diverse dimensions.

How do a PioneerTEX Geotube work?

Gravimetric drainage of the sludge is accompanied by a volume reduction.
Due to the special opening size of the geotextile fabric used to form the tube, the solid components of sludge are captured inside the tube whereas the water can escape from the geo-tube.

Is Polymer Flocculant Necessary for Dewatering?

Normally, tt is necessary to add polymer flocculant for dewatering, which should be added to the slurry before pumping it into the tube.
The purpose of the polymer additives is to flocculate the fines, and to increase the dewatering efficiency.

Can we do a trial on the geotube before purchasing?

Yes, of course! We will make one small model bag for your trial. Small Geotube size is 50cmX50cm.
Based on the results of preliminary field testing with small PioTube,the appropriate amount of additives can be defined.

Which was an ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified manufacturer in Concrete Mat Cloth GCCM, Dewatering Geotube & Geobag, Concrete Revetment Mattress, needle punch nonwoven felt, woven and nonwoven geotextile and its relevant composite.

Our production base was established in 2001. So far we have 4 needle punch production lines in Yizheng city, Jiangsu province. In order to expand production catalogue, we launched one lamination machine and around 10 special industrial sewing machines in 2003.

In addition to needle punch nonwoven, film laminated nonwoven, bags we also have 20 sets of jet loom to produce woven geotextile for geotube, and special High Strength woven geotextile for reinforcement. We also worked with other manufacturers such as warp knitted geo-grid, sheet drain (drainage sheet) to produce composite material based on needle punch nonwoven and woven geotextile.
