The linear vibrating screen uses one or two horizontal vibrating
motors as the
excitation source, and the vibrating motors are placed on both sides of the body The
equipment mainly consists of a screen box, a vibrator, a screen mesh, and springs.
The screen box is the main body, which is made of welded steel; the vibrator provides
the driving force for vibration; the screen mesh is the core part, which is mostly made
of alloy steel or polymer materials; the springs play a and cushioning role. It is mainly
used for rough and precise screening of granular powders in industries such as flour,
starch, washing powder, metal powder,, chemical industry, and non-mining, with large
processing capacity and easy integration with production lines.
The vibration motor uses two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced
eccentric blocks)
at the upper and lower ends of its shaft to convert the rotational of the vibration motor
into a multi-action force of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal superposition,
and then transmit this force to the screen surface. After material enters the interior of
the device, it is affected by the force of the vibration source and moves on an elliptical
trajectory on the screen surface, quickly and repeatedly the sieving action. At the
same time, the vibration force can continuously produce the effects of stripping,
crushing, and reorganizing the material, so that the can quickly pass through the
screen, and the material that cannot pass through the screen is discharged from the
discharge port on the screen according to the movement trajectory of the device
completing the sieving process. By changing the phase angle and weight of the upper
and lower eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the excitation force and the movement
trajectory of material can be changed.
