Working principle
The working principle of Z-type elevator is: The sprocket or drum on the drive shaft is driven by the motor to cycle the bucket belt between the drive shaft and the driven shaft. The bucket at the bottom inserts the material pile while running with the bucket belt, scoops or scrapes the material with its own volume, and then the bucket belt lifts the bucket and the material in it along the Z-shaped lifting channel. When the bucket runs to the top of the discharge port position, due to the centrifugal force and gravity generated by the change of the direction of the bucket movement, the material is thrown or dumped out of the bucket and unloaded into the specified position or equipment through the discharge port, thus completing the Z-shaped conveying process of the material from the low place to the high place to achieve the function of material lifting.
