Working principle
The working principle of the pipe screw conveyor is to use the rotation of the spiral blade to push the material in the closed pipe.
When the motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate, the spiral blade rotates accordingly. After the material enters the pipe from the feed port, it is pushed by the spiral blade. Due to the special shape and rotating motion of the spiral blade, the material will move forward along the axial direction of the pipe under the push of the blade, just like the nut moves along the axis on the screw. In this process, the material forms a continuous flow in the pipe until it is discharged from the discharge port. At the same time, the closed pipe design of the pipe screw conveyor can effectively prevent the material from being interfered with by external factors during the conveying process, such as dust, moisture, etc., to ensure the quality of the material and the cleanliness of the conveying environment.
