Introduction:
This press is a four-color offset printing machine. It incorporates
the CC-LINK technology bus module from Mitsubishi for enhanced
functionality. Featuring a double-diameter impression cylinder with
a transfer drum design, it minimizes paper sheet transfer time
between printing units. The plate cylinder offers adjustments in
the circumferential, lateral, and diagonal directions for precise
printing control.

Feeder:
- Utilizes a synchronized cam system. The forwarding mechanism
regulated by a linear guide rail enhances machine speed and
stability.
- Incorporates a patented rotary valve for automatic paper dust
removal, minimizing potential faults.
Printing Components:
- The frame and base are cast as a single unit for structural
integrity.
- Transmission accuracy is ensured through high-frequency quenching
of gears.

Cylinders:

Pneumatic Clamp Bar, Change Plate Without Tools:
- The tension of the clamping bar is regulated using imported
tubing and disc springs, enhancing operational flexibility.
- Cylinder corners are monitored by a high-precision encoder.
Plates are automatically installed and removed through programmed
actions, accommodating both long and short-print job requirements.
- The tail of the clamping bar is designed to be detached,
facilitating smoother paper handling.
Ink Amount Control Console:

console interface.

Accurate Grippers:

heat treatment of the high-strength steel pads.

the use of high-precision needle roller bearings and articulated
bearings.
Automatic Device For Adjusting Paper Thickness:
Automated Paper Thickness Adjustment System:
- Utilizing gear drive technology, the distance between cylinders
can be automatically fed back to the screen via a potentiometer.
- Stability in printing pressure is ensured by a permanent magnetic
generator drive, known for its ample torsion and robust
self-locking mechanism.
- Direct input of paper thickness on the screen offers enhanced
ease and convenience.
Vacuum Suction Feeder Table:
- Equipped with a high-capacity imported air pump.- Capable of accommodating various types and sizes of paper
automatically, facilitating quicker and easier paper format
changes.
