Stand
Unwinded stand
Type: Double Arm Paper Core Rack for 3", 6", and 12" Rolls
- Features two unwinds with pick-up type located at the rear of the
machine, designed to support reels weighing approximately 1500kgs.
- Hydraulic up and down movements, directly controlled from the
console via selectors regulating solenoid valves.
- Hydraulic pressure controls the paper arm's closing, moving, and
lifting actions.
- Stable and rapid lifting movement ensures simple and convenient
operation.
Cutting unit
Cutting Unit:
- Knife: Utilizes the British cutter method to minimize load and
noise, extending cutter lifespan.

Curly Device
The curling device, positioned before the slitting device, eliminates roll curl or fold, ensuring stable paper roll tension. As the paper roll enters the device, it first passes through the deconvolution component located at the edge of the roll, guided by rollers.
The New Anti curvature device
Effectively remove the curl of the roll to make the paper more
flat, more conducive to the paper roll tension stability.
