What is composite shaker screen

Composite shaker screen is frame type design with wedge pretension for fast replacement. It is more effective compares steel frame because it’s easier production procedure and quality control by reduce steel welding. AIPU hunter MG 4 series shaker install the composite frame screen which is replaceable with Swaco Mongoose screen. Welded steel strengthen construction in side of the frame to supply a strong support.
Composite frame with steel strengthen construction inside to reduce welding to reduce production procedure and easer quality control because harder control of welding quality.
2-3 layers of screen wire mesh stainless steel material, extra fine or heavy duty wire supplied for option. Different wire mesh combined together to follow API RP 13C regulation with suitable cut point and effective area.
Frame design is supplied as per replacement screen model like MD series, Swaco Mongoose, VSM 300 primary or scalping, etc. Once screen model confirmed, AIPU is able to supply replace screen.
Special designed screen can be supply too as per drawing with extra cost.

Usually we pack frame type screen as one panel per carton. For the hook strip screen, we pack two panels in one carton box. No matter it is flat panel or with peaks. We put cardboard on screen panel top to protect the screen surface
And for external package, we put 10-25 cartons into plywood case or onto the plywood pallet. If put screens into cases we’ll put a film before laying cartons. If we put screens onto pallets, we’ll wrap all pallets completely with film
External packages are with legs for fork lift or pallet truck. According to quantity of screens under certain order, we pack different numbers of screen per package. For example, some clients order 3000 panels of replacement Cobra screen, we pack 30 panels per case
We also consider the container size and loading volume to pack the screens. This will help to use the container most effective and properly
