Application
4 trolleys 96 trays Pharmaceutical industrial ovens made of 304SS is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. The raw materials can be medicine of raw materials, Chinese traditional medicine, and tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, banger, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish and so on.
Main technical parameters and relevant explanation
1. heat source can be steam, electricity, heat-conducting oil or steam + electricity.
2. Temperature of operation: 50-140℃ for steam. Maximum temperature will be 150℃.
3. 50-350℃ for electricity or heat-conducting oil.
4. Automatic and computer control systems for customer selection.
5. The normal pressure of steam will be 0.2-0.8 MPa(2-8kg/cm2).
6. If have special requirement, please indicate it in order.
7. The price of non-standard oven shall be discussed additionally.
8. Standard drying tray: 640LX460WX45H(mm).
9. Standard trolley:950LX710X1510,12 layers,2 pc of trays for each layer. For other kind of trays or trolleys, to be discussed.
